The crisper in your fridge is where good intentions go to die
This time of year is easy to see why nature is so much a partner in our lives, as the leaves are changing color to bright reds, and oranges. Take some time to look at the colors around you and feel those colors become a part of your day.
If I feel a bit off and unsteady I seek out red, red clothes, red stones, red food, to help me bring my intentions back to clearing and cleansing and putting my energy back into my root.
